Our Commitment to Anti-Racism
The Division of Institutional Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is committed to building a beloved community. As a division, we believe in the values of antiracism and utilize this framework in creating the change desired for our campus. Rooted in our Catholic and Dominican tradition, Antiracism is a necessary virtue. We as a division and as a college pledge to uphold the values of antiracism and use antiracism as a framework to guide our actions.
The only way to undo racism is to consistently identify and describe it — and then dismantle it.
